Another absurd, amazing collaboration with some of my favorite artists. Carmel from Mt. Lebanon Floral never disappoints when it comes to otherworldly floral creations, and this time was no exception. This gorgeous headdress was made from real, fresh flowers and greenery – I couldn't believe it! It smelled absolutely amazing. New favorite flower: ranunculus! They're the ones with layers and layers of delicate petals, almost reminiscent of crepe paper. They look so soft and ethereal, and it's just lovely.

I had a blast channeling my inner alien space princess (to be completely honest, I didn't know I had an inner alien space princess until this shoot!). I never would have thought I'd look this good with blue hair, lips, and eyeshadow! 

My last final was on Friday, and finals week officially ended this Monday... my summer's officially begun! I'm excited to go home to California, see my family and friends and my tiny little puppy (I'm actually posting this from the airport, about to board my flight home!). I thought this shoot gave off the perfect start-of-summer vibe – bright, colorful, and happy in such a carefree and dreamy way. Plans for the summer: have absolutely no commitments or responsibilities. It's going to be fantastic.
